Laseraid respects your on-line privacy. Therefore, we collect your e-mail address, as well as other personal information provided by you on our website, in an effort to process your order. We may also forward special offers, product information, and updates to our customers. You may be removed from any e-mail list by contacting our offices. We do not share customer e-mail addresses or other personal information with any third parties.
Product Descriptions
Laseraid attempts to describe the items available on the website as accurately as possible. Laseraid does not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, error-free, current or complete. If a product described on the website is not what you have received, the sole remedy is to return the item to us in an unused and undamaged condition.

Warranty
All products offered for sale by Laseraid are warranted for thirty (30) days, unless otherwise stated, from the date of delivery, to be free from defects in workmanship and material. During this warranty period, Laseraid will replace or repair at its discretion, any product found to have a manufacturer’s defect. Laseraid’s warranty does not cover damage as a result of abuse of use, alteration to product, freight, and or accident.
Consequently, Laseraid’s sole liability shall be exclusively for repair and/or replacement of said product. Laseraid shall not be liable to said purchaser in warranty, strict liability, contract, negligence, and any other related legal cause of action allegedly caused by merchandise sold by Laseraid, beyond the cost to the purchaser. Therefore, Laseraid’s exclusive liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product at issue, at our discretion, or a refund of the original purchase price of said merchandise. Laseraid is not responsible for installation and removal charges of product at issue.

Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify and hold Laseraid, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, representatives, subsidiaries, and parents free from any and all liability, losses, claims, demands, causes of action, disputes and any costs whatsoever, including but not limited to legal fees and the costs associates with litigation resulting from or as a result of user’s use of this web site, the content user may submit, post, or transmit through this web site, user’s breach of the Agreement, and any and other connection with this web site.
Risk of LossRisk
All items purchased from Laseraid are delivered to local shipment carriers free of damage. Merchandise to be delivered overseas shall also be delivered to shipment carriers free of damage. From time to time, equipment may require packaging by a local equipment packaging company prior to shipping. In such an event, the merchandise would depart from the local equipment packaging company. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipment carrier and/or equipment packaging company.
Return Policy
You may return merchandise to Laseraid only if such merchandise arrives with a system malfunction that Laseraid is unable to repair. The user shall report such malfunction within five days of delivery. Laseraid reserves the right to make repairs prior to user requesting a refund. Laseraid shall cover all repair costs. Repairs shall be conducted on-site if the equipment is too big to return for repairs. Or, user may ship merchandise back to Laseraid for repairs.
Laseraid will either cover or reimburse user for the cost of shipping the merchandise to be repaired. Laseraid is not responsible for any damages, which may have resulted from a system arriving with a malfunction, including costs, fees, or damages arising from the malfunctioned system. Laseraid’s exclusive liability is limited to the costs of repair of the relevant merchandise.
Laseraid will not cover the cost of shipping if the merchandise is returned for any other reason. Other than a system malfunction, merchandise may not be returned for any other reason.
Trademark Notices
Laseraid’s logo and design belong to Laseraid and any other marks displayed on our web site are trademarks or service marks and thereby the property of their respective owners. User may not use or display any trademarks or service marks owned by Laseraid without our prior written permission. Any lasers displayed on our web site are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Laseraid is not affiliated with any displayed laser. The displayed named lasers are sold independent of their respective manufacturers. Respective laser manufacturers neither condone nor endorse any laser applications and/or modifications which may be offered on our website.
Modification or Abatement of the Web Site
Laseraid may modify, discontinue, or suspend its operation of the web site at its sole discretion, either temporarily or permanently, and that user may not be entitled to notice of such discretionary action. Laseraid will not be held liable for any consequences, which may result from such discretionary action.
Severability of Agreement
User acknowledges that if any provision of this Agreement which may be found by a court or other binding authority to be invalid, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.
Limitations of Actions Brought Against Laseraid
User agrees that any and all claims arising out of user’s use of this web site or Agreement must be filed within one year from date of occurrence or it shall be forever barred.
