We provide both training and support on how to use, maintain and best service your customers.

Training

When you purchase or lease a laser with us, you receive a training session on the elements of the machine, how to operate the machine, how to use different settings and things to be aware of.

However, we recommend you undertake a comprehensive training course which is specifically intended to provide operators with the skills and knowledge to successfully provide and manage specialised services using IPL and Laser technology. You will develop skills in how to consult, provide advice for treatments, conduct treatments according to treatment plan and provide after care services.
